- Review ITB (Invitation to Bid)documents and provide technical support to proposal engineeringteam. Identify software requirements for theproject.
- Identify specialized studies/subcontract packages requirements and prepare Scope ofwork.
- Ensure structural design related scope iswell understood and captured for cost and schedulepurposes.
- Perform responsibility of a LeadEngineer on projects. Review contract requirements for projectexecution, organise the preparation of Technical DocumentRegister.
- Determine methods and solutions forcomplex engineering problems in tandem with the technicalspecialist and select the most efficient and economical manner inmeeting the objectives.
- Coordinate withprojects/planning on project timeschedules.
- Develop manpower charts andschedules.
- Supervise and provide guidance inthe development of plot plans, engineering drawings and technicaldocuments issued for IDC's and the integration of otherengineering discipline data inputs. Supervise the review of designcalculations.
- Direct the preparation oftechnical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors,participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers.Direct and provide guidance in the Technical Bid Evaluations(TBE).
- Direct and monitor Material Take off(MTO) activities.
- Participate and present in 3DModel review/Constructability/Installation workshops for assignedprojects as required.
- Ensure strict compliancewith Company's ISO Qualityprocedures.
