    Required:

    • Current APRN Floridalicensure
    • Graduate of an accredited NPprogram
    • At least 2 years of experience,preferably in a family practice setting

    Preferred:

    • Athena EHR/EMR experience

    • Specific vision requirements includethe ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheralvision, depth perception, and the ability to adjustfocus.
    • While performing the duties of this job,the employee is regularly required to talk andhear.
    • Regularly required to sit; frequentlystand and walk short distances; occasionally bend, twist, reachabove shoulder level, climb and kneel.
    • Use twohands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, orcontrols.
    • All sensory functions (speech,vision, touch, and hearing) corrected to near normalrange
    • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50pounds. May lift or move patients.
    • Potentialrisk for occupational exposure – written policies andprocedures are available onsite. Other environmental hazards mayinclude close contact with mechanicalequipment.
    • Fine hand manipulation(keyboarding)
    • Possess the ability to fulfillany office activities normally expected in an office setting, toinclude, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of timeto perform computer based work, participating in filing activity,lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail,etc.)
