    Description

    We are looking for a Communications Manager on a 4 month FTC, who will help develop corporate and consumer communications plans.

    You will maintain relationships with the main media outlets, think dimensionally about raising the profile of Deliveroo and the issues we focus on, and work across departments to deliver comprehensive PR campaigns.

    You will be based in our Dubai office DIFC and report to the Head of Communications, Middle East. Our office operates on a hybrid model, with employees working three days a week in the office.


    Responsibilities:
    Work together with Head of Communications & Policy Head to develop and implement strategic communications plans

    Event/Activations planning and media relations

    Coordinate partnerships and public meetings and presentation

    Help manage the media relations strategy

    Help manage the communications agency and flow of work

    Edit and review Arabic content

    Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.

    Update internal stakeholders on activities and coverage

    Help manage and execute CSR strategy


    Qualifications (Know-How):
    Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience

    Experience with sustainability, tech, retail and food

    3 years' experience in communications or related field

    Demonstrated experience in plan implementation

    Good public speaking/presentation skills

    Arabic is a must and you must be proficient in spoken and written language.
