    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager to act as a strategic liaison between our internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in mobile and web application development and will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies. This role requires both strong communication and technical skills ensuring client satisfaction on‑time delivery and alignment of business objectives with project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients for all technical and project‑related matters.

    • Lead and manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for mobile and web development projects.

    • Translate client requirements into actionable user stories, tasks and deliverables for the development team.

    • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, designers, QA and DevOps to ensure timely and quality delivery.

    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

    • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation and budgets.

    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring proactive resolution.

    • Ensure clear communication and transparency with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular status reports for internal leadership and clients.

    • Drive continuous improvement in processes, team collaboration and client satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

    • 57 years of proven experience in project management particularly in software development.

    • Solid understanding of mobile (iOS/Android) and web development technologies architecture and processes.

    • Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Confluence).

    • Experience working in client‑facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills.

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, code repositories (e.g. Git) and deployment pipelines is a plus.

    Key Skills

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem‑solve under pressure.

    • Technical aptitude to understand and guide mobile/web development.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Preferred Certifications

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
