Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience OR Diploma with 5 years experience OR Secondary High school with 08 years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in well testing operations, with a focus on oil and gas extraction. Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles and well testing techniques. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
