    Requirements
    Certificationin Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco isadvantageous.

    Prior experience in techsupport, desktop support, or a similarrole.

    Proficiency in Windows/Linux/MacOS.

    Experience with remote desktopapplications and help desk software.

    Attentionto detail and good problem-solvingskills.

    Excellent interpersonalskills.

    Good written and verbalcommunication.
