About the role
You'll be answering queries from new or existing customers and completing a variety of administration tasks regarding their use of our marketplace.
Throughout your day you could be helping our customers at any stage of their relationship: from the moment they register with us, through to receiving their goods.

- Use your initiative to solve problems and come up with solutions to improve the service we provide to our customers
- Previous experience working in Customer Services preferred.
- Have a very strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. You'll need to have high quality administration skills and experience of using systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately and within strict timescales
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (must be fluent in English)
- Arabicspeaker is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Preferably Arabic-Speaker
Experience:
Customer Service: 3 years (required)
