IT Systems Support Engineer – UAE Nationals Only Our client, a renowned Educational Facility in Dubai, has an immediate requirement for an IT Systems Support Engineer to join their team in the Dubai office.
The purpose of the role is to provide all first level technical support to users either remotely or face to face.
Ensuring that technical issues are resolved within stipulated timeframes and the IT system serves as a contribution to the overall productivity of the business.
Provides first level technical support to Learners, Staff and Faculty.Responsible for assisting users both in person and remotely.
Instrumental in providing technical assistance for online events and initiatives.
Working within the department and team to resolve complex IT technical issues within a timeframe to ensure the productivity of the business.
Accurate recording of technical issues and reporting on the same.Communicating with Department Heads and stakeholders on the resolution of issues.
Bachelors in Computer Engineering/Computer Science- 5 years of experience in the IT domainCertifications in IT, specifically in support or troubleshootingThe following Certifications and Knowledge will be an advantage;MCSE/MCITP/ITIL (Certified)CCNA/Datacenters/Linux OS/Firewall/Exchange Server/Windows Server (Knowledge Of)
