Daily Task and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the point of contact between the Guest Support Agents and other departments.
  • Plan and arrange the schedule of tasks for the agents based on the number of check-ins, ad hoc task, and locations including on the day reservations.
  • Monitor the in and outs of the security deposit collected by the agents.
  • Workforce management of the Guest Support Agents.
  • Conduct daily morning briefing with the Agents, to give updates, handover of keys, access cards for the days' reservations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance department in case the property might need any immediate issue rectification from Housekeeping or Maintenance.
  • Keep the Guest Support Agent updated on the ETAs of the guests.
  • Process request for Petrol reimbursement, maintenance service reimbursements for Agents who are using company motorbike.
  • Inspection of Company motorbike used by the Guest Service Agents. Report any damages, if any.
  • Escalate reports of damages by the agent which are incurred by the guests in order to file a claim.
  • Well versed in excel and UAE location

Pay:
From AED6,000.00 per month
