Description

At least 4-5 years' overall experience.

Must have at least 23 years' of UAE experience related to his field.
Must have the knowledge working in Facility Management, Residential management and commercial building.
Must have strong skills in their work, and NOT as an assistant only.
Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.
Must have experience handling maintenance work inside apartments and can coordinate with the clients.
Professional who monitors the work activities of maintenance personnel, scheduling, knowledge of maintenance work materials & also should be skills for inspection of the maintenance work create the reports include LPOS and estimation report & Quotation and create invoice and work completion report

Budgeting and forecasting all cost as per the project activities

Follow up the SOPS to their workers in project base KPIS and Safety

Making daily, weekly, monthly reports

Must have computer skills and reporting.
Can be flexible and trustworthy.

Must have UAE manual D/L

Location:
In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai and is willing to take trial.
