    You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across various managed service providers and systems.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, from managing KPIs and vendor relationships to leading innovation and fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

    DescriptionOversee all aspects of service delivery operations, including roster management, scheduling, incident handling, and critical incident response procedures.

    Manage vendor relationships, define SLAs, and monitor and report on the performance of the service delivery team, ensuring continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness.

    Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance knowledge retention within the team.

    Foster effective communication across the organisation, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with IT peers to build service delivery capabilities.
    ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ITIL v4 is preferred.
    Minimum 7-10 years of pure service delivery experience.
    Experience in network engineering, service-oriented environments, and large multinational corporations is highly desirable.
    Strong understanding of IT service delivery, service management, IT operations, and infrastructure. Experience with transformation initiatives and emerging technologies is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.
