    Responsibilities

    As a Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects / Programs within mPay. This role works on Payment projects and serves Telco industry.

    The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities include:

    Project Planning:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation

    Resource Management:
    Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor team progress to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and lead problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency

    Budget Management:
    Track project expenses, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints

    Quality Assurance:
    Implement and monitor quality control processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborativeand productive work environment

    Change Management:
    Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential impacts, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholdersDocumentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records

    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices, contributing to the evolution of project management methodologies within the organization

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in business or computer scienceProven experience as a Project Manager in telecom/payment industries is a plusProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plusCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalentProven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projectsStrong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworksProficiency in Jira administration, including project setup, workflow configuration, and user managementStrong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProblem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirementsAttention to detail and a focus on qualityFamiliarity with Agile tools and practices beyond Jira is a plusPaid time offMedical and Health insuranceFlat hierarchies and short decision-making pathsCooperation in a highly motivated, young, international team spread across 3 continentsAn attractive location in a creative and modern office in Dubai
