We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fashion Consultant, specializing in serving Arabic-speaking clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and fulfilling the unique luxury shopping needs of our esteemed clients, providing personalized assistance, and cultivating lasting relationships. You will play a pivotal role in lead generation, sales calls, driving sales conversions through strategic outreach efforts and effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clientele, understanding their preferences and requirements to deliver tailored shopping experiences.

Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base through networking and outreach efforts.

Sales Calls and Conversions:
Initiate contact with potential clients, introducing Luxhaya's great services and products, and building good relationships with them.

Customer Management:
Manage client relationships throughout the shopping process, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Awareness:
Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective client acquisition and retention strategies.


Requirements:


Language Skills:
Fluent in Arabic (optional), with proficiency in English preferred.


Experience:

Minimum 2 years of working experience for a luxury fashion apparel brand.

Salary:
Entry Level - Negotiable with full benefits provided along with commission on sales generated.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent rapport-building skills and a customer-centric approach.

Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and shopping.

Flexibility:
