Description

• Carry out sales in accordance withpre-agreed monthly targets andbudgets.
• Prepare/ maintain call reports/loghighlighting salient features and advise the Manager of thesame.
• Report weekly/ monthly on agreedperformance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgetedperformance.
• Attend to customers visiting theshowroom, initiate sales process with them paying attention totheir needs and offer qualified advice on the specifications of theproduct.
• Maintain close contact with prospectcustomers, make sales call and visit them to suit their schedule/convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable salesprospects.
• Maintain customer database andcontribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreastof competition in this segment of cars.
• Ensurepre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of the salestransaction.
• Ensure details of all vehicletransactions are accurately completed & recorded andregistered with sales administration, including payment and theregistration of the vehicle with the traffic department andinvoicing.
• Provide highest level of customerservice and satisfaction at all times in accordance with thecompany's sales policies and procedures to maximizefuture recommended or repeatsales.
