Description
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, taxes, and benefits.
  • Prepare and manage the restaurant's annual budget and financial forecast.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Manage the restaurant's financial risk and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Work closely with the restaurant's management team to provide financial guidance and support on business decisions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and other professional advisors

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
