Greenhouse indoor production and maintenance in-charge,_

Helping in all the activities in the Shade House
Knowledge and experience in irrigation and fertilization
Ability to operate equipment used in his area of operation.
Maintenance of shade house structure, including irrigation systems, machineries, farm roads, fire breaks, schedules for planting, pruning, wrapping, weeding and harvesting on the shade house.
Planning, coordinating, and executing shade house or greenhouse activities by work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of the subordinate employees as per the set priorities by management.
Maintenance of the shade house or greenhouse structure, including irrigation systems, machinery, farm roads, fire breaks, and waste management facilities on the farm.
Ensuring cost savings in all possible areas of operation by means of mechanization and showing the best method of operation so as to improve the efficiency of the workers.
Identifying the appropriate and costeffective plant protection chemicals and fertilizers for the crops and sourcing them.
Keeping records of all daytoday activities at the shade house ,
