This role will involve various tasks related to website management, order processing, administrative duties, and inventory management within an online jewellery store.


Responsibilities:


  • Website Updates: Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions on an ecommerce platform.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, coordinate shipment logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices for customer orders with precision and organization.
  • Shipment Labels: Prepare shipping labels with correct information and carrier selection.
  • Digital Filing: Organize and manage digital records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Order Packing: Safely pack and label orders for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.
  • Adhoc Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties and customer inquiries.

Requirements:


  • Prior ecommerce experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Quiqup, DHL, and shipping software would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and preferably Zoho Books.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
