/Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that the assigned vessels are manned in compliance with flag and industry legislation, and Company policies.
Monitor manning levels on all vessels to ensure appropriate manpower is allocated for each project, and ensure that costs are properly controlledEnsure that manning and training requirements are clearly communicated in sufficient time ahead of each charterConduct regular reviews of performance appraisals for senior officers on board, to ensure appropriate action is taken to progress high potential candidates or close competence gaps, in accordance with Company procedures
