- Maximize overall revenue by promoting short- and long-term room bookings, targeting new, existing, and potential customers in line with the sales strategy's goals.
- Negotiate optimal rates to enhance business benefits.
- Conduct sales calls to potential companies for extended-stay business.
- Record daily activities comprehensively for all sales activities.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with in-house guests, monitoring and managing all necessary extensions.
- Ensure the implementation of contracts for all long-term guests according to the internal policies of the hotel.
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and the entire billing process in accordance with the internal policies of the hotel.
- Monitor the market pricing of hotel apartments and residential apartments.
- Effectively utilize IHG sales tools, such as IBP, Delphi, I-RFP, IHG Merlin, IHG Sales Source, SSP, and IHG Business Club, to streamline work processes and enhance transparency.
- Maintain consistent communication internally to share market intelligence, provide feedback, and raise customer awareness within the hotels.
- Ensure planning and coordination of sales efforts.
