Job Description: We are looking for aseasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background inthe FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to join our dynamicteam. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and fatsindustry with a focus on driving financial strategies and ensuringthe financial health of theorganization.

Responsibilities:

• Developand implement financial strategies to support the companys growthand profitability goals.
• Oversee financialplanning budgeting and forecastingprocesses.
• Monitor financial performance andprovide insights to senior management fordecisionmaking.
• Manage financial reportingincluding monthly quarterly and annual financialstatements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and financial standards.
• Leadfinancial risk management and mitigationefforts.
• Collaborate with other departments todrive crossfunctional initiatives and support businessobjectives.
• Manage relationships with externalstakeholders including investors financial institutions andregulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership andguidance to the finance team fostering a culture of accountabilityandexcellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPApreferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in asenior financial leadership role within the FMCGindustry.
• Strong knowledge of the oil and fatsbusiness with experience in the Middle East Southeast Asia (SEA)and Africa regions.
• Strategic thinker with atrack record of driving financial performance andgrowth.
• Excellent analytical communication andleadership skills.
• Ability to work effectivelyin a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Familiaritywith financial regulations compliance standards and risk managementpractices.
