- Monitor and track upcoming contract expirations or renewals.
- Proactively engage with clients before renewal dates to discuss terms, negotiate contracts, and address concerns and ensure timely renewals
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information
- Identify reasons for non-renewals and work with the sales or customer success teams to mitigate issues and retain customers.
- Provide regular reports and insights on renewal performance to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across departments to address customer needs and concerns related to renewals.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a service industry as this is target oriented job.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple renewal processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office
