    Description


    As a Renewals Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage the renewal process of existing companies, ensuring a high renewal rate and customer satisfaction.

    You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating the renewal process to secure ongoing business.

    Responsibilities


    • Monitor and track upcoming contract expirations or renewals.
    • Proactively engage with clients before renewal dates to discuss terms, negotiate contracts, and address concerns and ensure timely renewals
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information
    • Identify reasons for non-renewals and work with the sales or customer success teams to mitigate issues and retain customers.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on renewal performance to management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively across departments to address customer needs and concerns related to renewals.
    Requirements


    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a service industry as this is target oriented job.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple renewal processes simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in MS Office
