    Salary:

    Up to $200k USD base % bonusThis growing crypto trading firm has seen strong growth over the last 4-5 years, with returns consistently over 30% and not being adversely affected by the wild swings in crypto success due to their robust and sensible strategies.

    They are now launching a high priority DeFi trading desk and need a pragmatic Lead Developer to help architect and scale the DeFi infrastructure from closely with the founders, you'll own key components of the trading system and, as they scale, you'll help introduce Rust for performance‑critical components.

    If you thrive when contributing to technical decision‑making as a hands‑on engineering leader, and take particular pride in choosing the right tool for each challenge, this role would be perfect for you.
