Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for an Administrative Manager.

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling payroll and billing, and managing staff members.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Experience in office management and administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the paper and/or recycling industry is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in SAP/ZOHO or relevant Human Resource and Administrative software
  • Capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment and handling pressure.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities:


  • Process leave, leave salary, airfare, loans, and other employee requests.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
  • Oversee local staff and Emiratisation initiatives.
  • Administer various insurances including medical group insurance, workmen compensation, vehicle insurance, PAR, PLL, money, and fidelity coverage.
