Hadero is a bean-to-cup - Brewed for Togetherness - Coffee Solution Company. Our value brand is fostered and geared towards those who thrive on fresh and affordable coffee on the go.

Our stores are positioned on the back of a rickshaw, with well-trained live baristas to serve freshly brewed gourmet coffee and freshly baked tasty treats.


Currently we are operating 5 stores in different part of Dubai and plan to expand more in months to come.

We have head office at Business Bay, Sol Bay building.

Job Purpose


The main purpose of the job is to develop Hadero business thought deploying the latest trend in sales and marketing.

Promoting the hadero band through different conventional and digital marketing channels. Propose and implement strategies to increase the sales revenue and the market share of Hadero coffee company. The manager will closely follow the market trajectories and put in place Hadero's relentless customer care practice.


Person Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field
  • Proven 45 years of experience in handling events and catering in coffee/food and beverage/ industry.
  • Indepth Knowledge and Proven Experience in Digital Marketing and related tools.
  • Ability to create relevant and consistent contents related with coffee.
  • Ability to understand marketing trends and develop strategies to capitalize on.
  • Strategic thinker proven ability to translate strategic plans into action.
  • Decisive with excellent judgement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills builds good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to plan, prioritize and organize self and others.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
