Job Description:

Provia, a leading provider of PRO services in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.

As a PRO, you will play a crucial role in facilitating various government-related processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between Provia and government authorities, including but not limited to the Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Immigration Department, and Municipality.

Handle all visa processing procedures, including new employment visas, visa renewals, visa cancellations, and related tasks.

Assist in the setup and renewal of trade licenses, company registrations, and other legal documentation processes.

Manage the attestation of legal documents, ensuring their authenticity and compliance with government regulations.

Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for business operations.

Handle customs documentation and clearance processes for import and export activities.

Facilitate the registration and renewal of Ejari contracts for commercial properties.

Provide guidance and support to clients regarding labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and government procedures relevant to business operations.

Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to deadlines.


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a PRO or in a similar role in the UAE.

Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (both written and verbal).

Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
