Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of real estate operations, including sales, leasing, property management, and client services.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets.
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the real estate market.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Oversee property inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant relations, ensuring properties are wellmaintained and tenants' needs are addressed promptly.
Prepare comprehensive reports, financial analyses, and performance metrics to assess portfolio performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support decisionmaking processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the real estate industry in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and practices.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales, leasing, Brokerage and client relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with local transportation networks.
RERA certification and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
