Description
1. Your jobs involves planning and designing of interiors of building, residential, offices, bank, shops, hotels and restaurants.- Responsible for managing primary inventory work, made drafting of space plans, site measurement, elevations etc.
- Communicates and provides recommendations to clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings, color schemes and color coordination.
- Preparing a detailed working shopdrawings, designs and plans with the use of CAD and 3D Max
- Providing design ideas in form of drawings, or illustrations and material sample boards for presentation and for client's approval.
- Preparing / Submission of all requirements for approval to Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, EHS, CED, TECOM and Zoning.
- Supervising the work that is being carried out on the site and reporting to the Managing Director and Project Manager for the work progress.
- Any other task assign by the management.
