As a telesales representative, you will spend most of your working hours persuading prospective and existing customers to purchase our services.

Ultimately, you'll support the growth of the organization by maintaining a transparent, up-to-date, and confident approach towards telesales.

Key Duties:

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
Work well with the other tele sales personnel with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Using the data provided by telemarketing representatives to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
Converting leads into clients.
Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reactions from leads.
Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
