- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science or Postgraduate
- 7 years experience in experience with Corporate Banking implementation.
- Should have 5 years of working experience in Corporate Collections module.
- Should have worked on the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements
- Sound understanding and hands on experience of Corporate Collections Process and Life Cycle for Cheque/ cash Management and Direct Debit.
- Cross border team working experience.
- Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
- Strong understanding of SDLC process
- Strong inter personal communication skills
- Excellent Business Process Management Experience
- Experience of working in large scale transformation Project involving Process optimization and changes.
- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
- Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to document requirement specs for large scale banking applications
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and Tech lead
- Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis design functionality testing and support.
- TOGAF Certified BABOK Certified APIs & Integrations knowledge Certified Scrum Master will be added advantage
