What You'll Be Doing:
You will lead and inspire the AquaGallery sales team to consistently exceed targets, build lasting relationships with retail and corporate clients, develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with our growth vision, manage the full sales pipeline and operations through Odoo ERP, deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior management, and identify new business opportunities across the UAE market.
What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who brings proven experience in a sales leadership role, advanced proficiency in Odoo (CRM & Sales modules), fluency in Arabic — spoken and written — this is mandatory, strong English communication skills, a track record of leading, coaching, and motivating high-performing sales teams, sharp negotiation and closing abilities, and a self-starter attitude with a genuine drive to deliver results
Overall qualifications:
Strong sales skills including business development, negotiation, and client relationship management
Team leadership abilities, including mentoring and motivating team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create strong customer connections
Strategic thinking and planning skills, coupled with data analysis for optimizing sales strategies
Knowledge of aquascaping, aquariums, or related industries is highly beneficial
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in sales leadership roles or relevant positions
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
