    Job Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main focal point for customerneeds and requirements for all aspects of the Viasat system andservice to deliver and grow the accounts
    • Manage day to day relationship and lead multiple weekly callsacross all levels of customer leadership as well as leadingQuarterly Reviews and Executive Reviews
    • Manage Viasat system delivery from concept to purchase ordercertification delivery and installation on aircraft through topostinstallation and aftermarket support for the life of thecustomer needs
    • Develop and deliver on keystrategic and revenue growth objectives in collaboration withleadership targeting both short and long term goals
    • Manage a globally dispersed crossfunctional matrixorganization of engineers developers operations logistics and fieldsupport as part of the customer program
    • Develop maintain and distribute standard project managementdeliverables including implementation plan project schedule withmilestones project budget and variances issues & actionitems log meeting minutes risks assessment andcontingencies
    • Build and grow relationshipacross multiple airline functional areas to establish position as atrusted advisor to the customer
    • Be a problemsolver that leads by finding solutions and deescalating issuesinternally and externally
    • Full P&Lresponsibility with monthly reporting to SegmentPresident
    • Lead negotiation with customercovering service agreement amendments change orders pricingetc.
    Qualifications


    Requirements

    • Significantof Customer facing Account Management / Customer Success Managementexperience in a technologyoriented organization
    • Ability to live in United Arab Emirates and frequentlytravel to surrounding region
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively withboth technical and nontechnical internal and externalstakeholders
    • Strong program management andorganizational skills with the ability to work on and trackmultiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstratedability to think creatively and strategically when implementingproducts and solving problems
    • Proficient inproductivity applications such as Excel and Project
    • English language fluency

    Desirable Experience

    • Previous airline IFEC supplier or OEMexperience
    • Business developmentexperience
    • Software and hardware developmentoversight experience
    • Demonstratablenegotiating and influencing skills
    • Exposureto Salesforce related platforms
