Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the separation process for departing employees, including the return of company property and the completion of final payroll and benefits paperwork Transfer outstanding work and projects to other team members as needed Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and collect feedback on their experience at the company Maintain accurate records of off boarding activities Provide support and assistance to HR and other relevant departments as neededJob Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detail excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
