- Manages multiple projects at the sametime with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time tomeet deadlines.
- Utilizes Jira to manage tasksof all project resources including self, internal resources, and3rd party developers and consultants to ensure completion withinexpected deadlines, with attention to transparent communication atall levels
- Performs tasks as needed to deliverproject or task completion, such as but not limited to; engaging indata cleanup, updating access controls, system configuration,system administration, and developing scripts or customfields.
- Utilizes PowerBI to develop reportingand dashboards that help stakeholders make informed businessdecisions and track KPI's or departmentalgoals.
- Utilizes various tools and applicationsto develop reports and schedules for automatic delivery to email ata desired cadence.
- Develops scripts/code inDAX, SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, VBA as needed to achieve reporting needsand functionality of all system integrations and proprietarycustomizations as needed.
- Drives awareness ofrequirements across business units and identify substandard systemsprocesses through evaluation of real-timedata
- Initiates discovery conversations withstakeholders to identify business needs and process gaps anddesigns systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency andproductivity on multiple levels
- Partners withstakeholders cross-functionally to develop analyses anddocumentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively andefficiently at all levels.
- Creates visual flowcharts to document current state and utilizes stakeholder feedbackto present proposed future state
- Establishesmeaningful and lasting relationships with developers, consultantsand internal stakeholders for optimized systemsintegration
- Authors documentation of customizedprogramming and supports theirmaintenance
- Develops professionally writtenStandard Operation Procedures (SOPs), end user training scripts,and training assessments and deploys training and tracksfeedback
- Administers and maintains SharepointLibrary of all technical documentation, knowledgebase, end usertraining, and SOP's

- Five or more years of experience inanalytics and application development
- Highproficiency in Excel and PowerBI, DAX, Power Query, Power Automateto created automated reporting andvisualizations
- High proficiency with scriptingin SQL, SSIS, SSRS with ability to create views, custom fields,build queries, and automatereporting
- Experience in generating processdocumentation and reports
- Excellentcommunication skills; comfortable receiving feedback to improveprocesses
- Proven ability to manage multipleprojects and user testing
- Working knowledge ofERP systems

- Results Driven and comfortable wearingmany hats and working in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (orequivalent) in information technology or computerscience
- Experience developing, interpreting,and maintaining Programming/Scripting using Python, XML XSL, JSON,API, VBA
