Description

Reports Preparation:


  • Maintain organized stock and sales records for tomarket and inmarket sales.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the sales team and the management for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Managing the MTD, YTD and YOY achievements against the respective targets for the team members.
  • Coordinating with the sales and marketing team members for timely submission of sales reports (weekly/monthly/yearly)
  • Prepare Monthly Inventory report at distributor point (Product wise) and update overdue and stock ageing at distributor point.
  • Generate weekly reports for the management with an analysis of weekly team performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for monthly sales forecasts based on sales plans.
  • Prepare customized reports based on contemporary requirements.

Business Facilitation:


  • Manage the inmarket customer orders by following internal approvals from the line manager on discounts, FOC goods, undertaking letters for shortexpiry products, etc.; and communicate the same with the distributor ensuring timely delivery to the customer.
  • Support the team by completing inmarket orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with the distributor's sales team ensuring prompt processing of inmarket orders.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the senior sales staff of the distributors in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining monthend sales reports.
  • Attending essential sales training meetings and developing an understanding of all the company's services and products.
  • Supporting crossfunctional data flow within the company.

Procurement:


  • Enlisting the vendors as suppliers in Genqore portal following the SOP.
  • Prepare procurement RFQ's and compile the quotes following the SOP for management approval
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products as well as other goods and services under signed contracts.
  • Negotiate with the counterparts, obtain responses from the internal side for clarification requests from suppliers with regards to specifications, quantities, shelflife, delivery time and other procurement related information.
  • Development and constant maintaining of procurement monitoring tables and reports for procurement, deliveries and transfer progress as requested.
  • Input orders, ensure they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Ensure that shipments get out on time with the right documentation sent to logistics team.
