    At Sanctum, we're looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager.

    Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing Crypto and blockchain campaigns as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs on multiple projects.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
    Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website.
    Create paid campaigns on social media platforms.
    Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.

    Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.

    Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
    Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.

    Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

    Working on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization.
    Regularly monitor user analytics and use these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
    Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.
    Collaborates with other supporting teams to create impressive client-centred landing pages.


    Job Requirements:
    At least two years working experience in digital marketing rolesExperience in executing successful social media campaignsExhibit practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email, and marketing databaseUndisputable knowledge of marketing and web analytical tools such as Google Ads, SEMRush and Google AnalyticsUser experience knowledge and optimisation of customer experience funnels and landing pagesPractical skills in multivariate experiments and A/B and email marketingWorking knowledge of JavaScript development, CSS, and HTMLUpdated on new technologies and the latest trends in digital marketingIn-depth insights on all social media platformsStart Up Mentality – Excess work hours dedicationTolerance to changes and stress in high fast paced
