    The primary purpose of the roleis to evaluate and optimise the performance of the variousproducts, features and journeys across the digital estate. Throughcomprehensive and robust analysis of online customer behaviour, youwill influence tactical short-term development opportunities, driveon-site research and experimentation roadmap, as well as providestrategic focus that ultimately drives revenue andprofit.
    You will be part of the digital experience teamand responsible for the end to-end management and execution of theon-site A/B test programme and roadmap to further inform customercentric and conversion-supportingchange.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Adopta range of research methods (qualitative and quantitative) to forma better understanding of customers' goals, needs and behaviours byuncovering insights through the use of on-site surveys, heatmaps,session recordings and web analyticstools
    • Understand key performance metrics,analyse and interpret trends and make recommendations forinnovation, experimentation and development based ondata
    • Use research findings and/or gather ideasfrom stakeholders to form strong, testable hypotheses. Writeexperiment plans, determine valuable metrics and design meaningfultests that add value and build internal customers'knowledge.
    • Run statistically accurateexperiments to identify the difference between noise in the dataand a significant result. Draw robust conclusions to assist theteam and the wider business with user driven feature prioritisationwhile balancing commercial needs
    • Collaboratecross-functionally with UX designers, developers, product managers,marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a sharp experimentexecution
    • Coordinate workload between internalCRO development resource as well as a 3rd party CROagency
    • Utilise 3rd party agency for dataanalysis through-put when internal resource islimited
    • Present findings in a visuallycompelling manner, with action-oriented recommendations that answerkey business questions
    • Interrogate webanalytics data with the aim of making recommendations that willlead to uplifts in onlineconversion

    Requirements:

    • Minimumof 2+ years' experience in a related experimentation-focussed role,either agency- or client-side
    • An excellentunderstanding of CRO principles, methodologies and bestpractices
    • Experience reporting andcommunicating test plans with key stakeholders and success/failureof optimization efforts (both inside and outside of the UXfield)
    • Ability to conduct analysis and formrobust conclusions in a fast-pacedenvironment
    • Demonstrable hands-on experienceusing Adobe Analytics with a technicalfocus
    • Knowledge of Adobe Analyticsimplementation practices and taggingexperience
    • SQL / Javascript skills (orwillingness to learn) an advantage
    • Knowledge ofweb experimentation platforms and tag management tools (ideallyAdobe Target/Launch) an advantage
    • Experienceusing qualitative and quantitative research tools (e.g. Hotjar,Medallia, Usabilla,
