    Job Description:


    As a Real Estate Consultant at Info Resume Edge, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.

    You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or investing process.

    Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential properties for clients
    • Assisting clients with property viewings and providing detailed information on the features and benefits of each property
    • Negotiating and finalizing deals on behalf of clients
    • Advising clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
    • Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
    • Staying uptodate with industry developments and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions and client interactions
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate consulting or sales
    • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
    • Valid real estate license.
