An establishedmulti-disciplined firm is looking to add anArchitect/Project Manager with a focus onEducation to their Denver office

• Leadin-house team (coordinate with engineers, interior designers andconsultants)
  
• Manage allaspects of project document development/team coordination for K-12and/or higher educationproject
  
• Ensurethat project stays within budget, documents meet QA/QCrequirements, and teamcommunicates/collaborates
  
• Serveas a technical resource to identify issues and findsolutions
  

• Bachelor sdegree in Architecture or relatedfield
  
• 8+years of Project Architectexperience
  
• 3+years of experience working on K-12 or Higher Educationprojects
  
• LicensedArchitect
  
• Proficientin Revit/CAD computer modeling and Sketchupsoftware
  
• Knowledgeof professional practice from schematic design through projectcompletion
  
• Technicalproficiency in the production ofdrawings
  
• Understandingof practice standards related to design and biddingdocumentation
  
• Understanding ofbuilding/planningcodes
