Home Cleaning & Maid Service Team Leader / Supervisor – Ras Al Khaimah

We are looking for a Home Cleaning & Maid Service Team Leader / Supervisor to manage daily home cleaning operations and supervise on‑site cleaning staff.

This role involves overseeing field activities, ensuring service quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily home cleaning and maid service operations
Assign duties and guide cleaning staff at client locations
Ensure cleaning services are delivered as per company standards
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
Maintain basic work records, attendance, and reports
Handle routine client coordination and service issues
Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, and safety guidelines
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in home cleaning or maid services
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor preferred
Practical knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices
Ability to manage and guide field cleaning staff
Basic communication skills in English
Responsible, disciplined, and professional working approach
UAE experience preferred
