What you'll be doing:

Developing and executing CRM strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Managing CRM workflows, analysing data, and deriving insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Collaborating with the creative team to maintain consistent messaging across CRM and social media campaigns.
Keeping uptodate with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, focusing on CRM
Effectively communicating CRM strategies and outcomes to various stakeholders.
Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across CRM and social media channels.

What we're looking for:

Expertise in CRM strategy development, implementation, and optimization.
A deep understanding of CRM and its integration with social media.
Proven success in managing CRM workflows and analyzing data for insights.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Familiarity with social media trends and best practices (preferred).
Understanding the integration points between CRM and social media to create seamless customer experiences (preferred).
A passion for driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
