Description

Pure water is currently seeking HSE Manager to support on a construction supervision project involving water infrastructure, sewers, water pipelines and water reservoirs.

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments across the property to identify potential hazards.
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit regular reports on health and safety performance
Conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Investigate and report onsite accidents and incidents.
Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.
Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) onsite.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and safety standards.
Establish, update, & execute the Emergency Plans related to identifying emergencies related to OHS & Environment.
Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment.
Develop and ensure safe equipment operating techniques.
Plan, lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
Review and update monthly, all sitespecific safety plans with the project teams
Record and compile data, update logs, monitor equipment, and schedule maintenance.
Communicate with injured workers and plan return to work strategies.
