- End to end ownership of M2M portfolio with digitalization and simplification focus
- Design ATL promotions and propositions for GLK customers
- Manage Acquisitions, develop journey for onboarding with CE
- Develop propositions & business cases for M2M market, including industry vertical business solutions working with ICT team to develop end to end IoT use cases
- Design GTM activities including launch management and communication
- Develop & execute strategies to increase M2M market share
- Work with ICT to develop partnerships with vertical application providers with core M2M products to increase share of wallet
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Marketing
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role along with M2M experience, preferably with telecom operator
- Good knowledge of the M2M market dynamics with special focus on customer value proposition development in the mobile business
- Strong knowledge of customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, marketing research, product portfolio with a creative mind for new market innovations
- Solid analytical skills to understand complex and continuous changing environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver within a cross-functional environment
- Solid understanding of communications and media
- Good understanding of the core technology, API's and its enablers with special focus on mobile network and IT BSS platforms

Description
The key purpose of this role is to bring the M2M proposition and customer experience to life in order to achieve the assigned targets for the segment. The role has to liaise with all relevant functions including but not limited to product marketing, communications, customer operations, sales, regulatory, pricing by executing all necessary activities like market research, data evaluation, sales process adaptation, customer journey design, prototyping, go-to-market support and post-sales reporting in order to achieve the target gross addition, revenue, base, gross margin and customer NPS/BHI KPIs. Responsible for the design of the segment strategy and roadmap, driving mobile market penetration, increase the share of wallet by enabling ICT vertical solutions portfolio and improving the ARPU/ARPA.
