Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the institutional segment, including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new institutional clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationshipbuilding activities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing institutional clients to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, trading desks, and research analysts, to tailor solutions and services to meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Provide comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our trading platform and services.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management to track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in institutional sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on CFD and Forex trading.
  • Indepth understanding of institutional sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of CFD and Forex trading products, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
