Full Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Photo/Video Editor to join our team.

As a Graphic Designer & Photo/Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and editing high-quality photos and videos for our various marketing materials and digital content platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, filmora or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects.
• Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various delivery platforms.
• Ability to work with different video file formats and resolutions.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your previous video editing work is highly desirable.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail

• The main responsibility is to plan the video editing for Training Videos
• Come up with creative content for digital platforms
• Creative solid skills in videography and Graphic designing are a must
• Strong knowledge of Adobe suite and other software tools.
• Manipulate and edit pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
• Knowledge of Google ads, social media campaigns
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and 'on brand'
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
