Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service to all visitors and callers, as well as performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the office staff.
This role requires organizational skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
