Job Summary:

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service to all visitors and callers, as well as performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the office staff.

This role requires organizational skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)


Language:

- english (preferred)
