    Job Description

    • The purpose of the role is the review analysis andresponse to Claims instrumental in resolving situations without theneed for escalation. The responsibilities include but are notlimited to;
    • Fully conversant withInternational FIDIC Laws and Contracts based upon FIDICprinciples.
    • Understanding of delay analysistechniques and the ability to advise and consult on all mattersrelated to claims in relation to time delays.
    • Evaluation Analysis and preparation of counter claims.
    • Using delay analysis techniques and understanding thestrengths and weaknesses of these in specificsituations.
    • Drafting of documentationpertaining to counter claims and contracts.
    • Instrumental in the settlement of disputes prior to escalation alsothe preparation of information for Senior Management and LegalTeams if required.
    • Coordination Planning andQuality Management.

    JobRequirements

    • BachelorsDegree in Civil Engineering Masters in Construction Management orLLM in Arbitration would be a bonus
    • Must haveexperience in Delay Analysis Techniques
    • Clearand detailed understanding of FIDIC Contracts
    • Must be familiar with Primavera 6 for delay analysispurposes.
