    Project Manager – Banking Domain

    Job Location:
    Dubai – UAE

    Job Duration:12 months extendableTasks and Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
    Align projects with the overall business strategy and ensure adherence to banking industry regulations and standards.
    Lead project teams in executing plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
    Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any obstacles that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
    Ensure that projects are completed within budget, meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
    Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
    Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements effectively to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
    Provide clear direction and guidance to project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
    Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, leveraging the expertise of various departments to achieve project goals.
    Allocate resources efficiently, managing workloads and optimizing resource utilization.
    Coordinate with department heads and HR to ensure adequate staffing for project needs.
    Implement best practices and industry standards to ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector.

    Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
    Generate regular project progress reports for management and stakeholders.


    Technical skills and other qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
    Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within the banking domain.
    Strong understanding of banking operations, products, services, and regulatory landscape.
    Able to articulate as the PM will be presenting to the Excoms on a weekly basis.
    Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven ability to manage and lead diverse project teams.
    Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
    Result-oriented approach with a track record of successful project delivery.
