Job Summary:


This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining branch sales strategy with prime focus on new to bank solicitation and maintaining existing relationships of CASA.

Achieve & monitor business plans and budgets designed to deliver against agreed financial objectives and targets aligned with the bank's policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.


  • Ensure achievement of annual targets (Deposit targets & PAM score at quarterly basis) and shared KPIs with full focus and teamwork.
  • Develop new business though "New to Bank
  • NTBs" solicitation and conduct outside calls and proactively identify opportunities within the market and establishes lead generation strategies.
  • Build effective business relationships with existing customers of the branch, for depending of business on relationship based model.
  • Coaching local branch teams in the execution of the approved strategy at a local tactical level with regular monitoring of performance against strategy and recommendations of any necessary tactical adjustments.
  • Ensure that highest customer services standards are followed by all branches to minimize number customer complaints
  • Update senior management of the bank with changes in business environment
  • Form a 360 degree view of branch's portfolio to explore business opportunities within business domain.
  • Ensure completion of tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Ensure compliance of all bank's policies & procedures

Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of experience with strong sales background.
  • Product knowledge and outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with diverse cultures and people at all levels as well as adaptability to change.
  • Strong management and leadership skills required for effective implementation of the regions business and service plans.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills along with team management skills and sound knowledge of retail banking products and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office management tools including PC skills (MS Office).
