Description

• Contributes to thedevelopment of and drive the implementation of health and wellbeing(H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes andstandards.
• Responsible forexecution of Group-wide delivery plans, programmes and projectsensuring delivery to planned time andbudget.
• Provides support andguidance to the operational business to enable localdelivery.
• Collaborates withHR and (health safety and wellbeing)HSW functions to enable them tosupport their clients across all groups andgeographies.
• Remains up todate with the latest thinking and research relating toorganisational health andwellbeing.
• Analyses dataoutputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators(KPI's) and other data sources and identify opportunitiesfor continuousimprovement.
• Managesrelationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractualarrangements are delivered to quality, time andbudget.
• Work with seniorleaders, HSW and HR stakeholders to deliver cost effective andefficient H&Wperformance.
• Identifies andimplements continuous improvement plans/identifies key businessimprovements.
• Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition, and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery ofwork.

You'll needto have:

• Knowledge ofH&W legislation and delivery relevant to their area ofwork.
• Current health andwellbeing issues andtrends.
• Supporting anddeveloping team members' H&Wcompetency.
• Being able tonetwork and share information and knowledgegained.
• Understanding ofintersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion, and healthand safety and wellbeing(HSW).
• Being able to presenta range of technical information to non-technicalaudiences.
