C and B Consultants, RAK is in search for a qualified
Fresh Architect who has an architectural background and with experience working on site in a reputed company in the UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects.

- prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time

Maintain material suppliers database
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender

- support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.

Qualifications & Abilities:

Bachelor in architecture.

- no experience is necessary.
- understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry

Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
